Traveling Associate Dentist
About the Role
As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care across multiple studios within your market. Your responsibilities include delivering a full scope of restorative, cosmetic, and specialized treatments such as endodontics, implants, TMJ therapy, clear aligners, and sleep medicine. You will lead member-centered exams, develop treatment plans, and ensure a seamless patient experience grounded in hospitality and clinical excellence. Collaborating with studio teams, you will manage a productive schedule, optimize patient flow, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes adaptability, clinical leadership, and ongoing professional development, supporting growth across diverse environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of dental procedures with clinical excellence
- Diagnose and treat complex cases, including TMJ and sleep disorders
- Drive treatment acceptance through member education and engagement
- Partner with team members to ensure efficient, patient-centered care
- Participate in clinical calibration, peer learning, and professional growth initiatives
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Active dental license, CPR/BLS, DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience in private practice or similar setting
- Invisalign certification and comfort with digital workflows
- Exceptional clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient communication skills
- Physical ability to perform clinical procedures and handle equipment
Pay
Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate plus a percentage of adjusted production, rewarding quality care and productivity.
