Traveling Associate Banker Pay Starting

SUMMARY

Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships and performing Teller duties. Performs sales support activities for sales area of the branch. On average, a minimum of 50% of activities will be devoted to sales and sales support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Opens new accounts and performs deposit account maintenance;
• Responds to customers in a prompt and courteous manner;
• Ensures required forms are completed accurately and that the customer fully understands the terms and conditions of the accounts;
• Ensures the customer receives the proper disclosures.
• Has an appropriate blend of Teller referrals and production as required at branch level to achieve referral and point goals.
• Uses customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
• Provides basic information on consumer loans and other financial products as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent;
• Training in banking or a related field preferred;
• Ability to travel to various branch locations within a district;
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities;
• Knowledge of banking products and services;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
