About the role

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking experienced, compassionate, and adaptable Registered Nurses (RNs) for Med Surg/Telemetry opportunities in Tucson, Arizona. Both day and night shifts are available. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients, with flexibility to float to other appropriate units based on facility needs and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize changes in patient conditions, and respond appropriately
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and coordinate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to float to other appropriate units based on facility needs and clinical competency
• Maintain patient safety and deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse license eligible to practice in Arizona
• Current BLS certification – Required
• Current ACLS certification – Required
• Strong telemetry monitoring, clinical assessment, and critical-thinking skills
• Must be flexible and willing to float to other units as needed
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team
• Availability for day or night shifts
