Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Birmingham, Alabama. This role involves providing radiologic imaging services in a healthcare facility specializing in stroke care, cardiovascular services, and surgical care, supporting patient care from newborns to geriatrics.
Responsibilities
- Operate GE imaging equipment, including portable radiography, in a high-volume hospital setting.
- Work independently with moderate to advanced experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt to different patient conditions, from neonatal to geriatric.
Requirements
- ARRT certification and BLS required.
- Current certification as a radiologic technologist, with applicable state licensure if required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant radiology experience; 2 years preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Personable and adaptable with a focus on patient care.
Schedule
- Night shifts: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Minimum of 36 hours guaranteed weekly; 40 hours per week (10-hour shifts).
