Travel Xray Tech - $2,151 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Lakewood, Colorado.

About the role

The primary responsibility of the X-Ray Tech is to obtain useful diagnostic details that help doctors decide on further treatment for patients. This role involves producing x-ray films of parts of the human body for diagnostic purposes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging exams.
• Produce x-ray films of parts of the human body to diagnose medical problems such as cancer or fractures.
• Instruct patients to undergo appropriate positions to obtain accurate images.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations, as well as accepted practice guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
• Promote an environment of excellence that is patient-focused, providing timely, compassionate, and quality care.

Requirements

• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
• Two years of X-Ray Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting 09/14/2026.
• 40 hours per week.
• 10-hour shifts, evenings.
