Travel X-Ray Technologist - $3,055 per week

About the role

Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-ray procedures, working in a healthcare setting. The position involves performing diagnostic radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable imaging studies as requested by physicians to support patient diagnosis and treatment. The role requires providing patient care tailored to different age groups and collaborating effectively within a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures (chest, extremities, spines, catheter placements, etc.)
• Assist patients during procedures and transport patients safely
• Report equipment malfunctions
• Administer contrast media and flush lines with normal saline under physician supervision
• Attend department meetings and in-services regularly
• Float rotation may be required

Requirements

• Completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology training program approved by the American Medical Association
• CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) certificate and Fluoroscopy license
• ARRT registration or eligibility
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status per American Heart Association standards
• Valid driver's license
• At least one year of experience as a licensed technologist
• Epic experience for a minimum of six months within the past year

Pay

Pay package based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

10‑hour shifts, days; minimum 40 hours per week. Start date: September 28, 2026. Assignment duration: 13 weeks.
