About the role

American Traveler is hiring an X-Ray Technologist with 1+ year of X-ray experience and ARRT registry for a 13-week travel assignment in Kansas City, Missouri. The role is in a radiology department setting with a day shift schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No weekend rotation, on-call, holiday, or floating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray procedures in accordance with ARRT standards
• Operate Siemens Edge Plus CT scanner, Siemens Multix XR room, and Samsung digital portable (preferred experience)
• Adhere to a 40-hour work week with an 8-hour day shift schedule

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of X-ray experience
• ARRT Radiography registry (license required if applicable)
• Current AHA BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred
• Completion of TB test, physical exam, and drug screen to meet staffing agency standards
• Attendance at a separate occupational health appointment with the facility for additional drug screen, TB test, FIT test, and physical exam

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
