Job Summary
X-ray Technologist role available in a Level 3 Trauma Center located outside of Kenosha, Wisconsin. This position involves performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including chest x-rays, long bone x-rays, and fluoroscopy, with experience on C-arm and portable imaging preferred. The assignment offers a chance for first-time travelers with a strong background in radiologic technology to gain valuable experience in a well-equipped facility.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Certification in BLS, ARRT
- Wisconsin license (or eligibility to obtain)
- 2 years of radiology experience
- Located in the United States, Wisconsin
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PACS (McKesson)
- Portable imaging
- Fluoroscopy (limited)
- Support across hospital units including OR and ED
Support on the Unit
- Transport services available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- RT coverage 24/7
- Hospitalist team available 24/7
Charting System/Equipment
- EMR system EPIC
- Pyxis medication dispensing
- Canon portable equipment
- GE fluoroscopy
- OEC C-arms
- Dell diagnostic rooms with Canon plates
Float Rotation
- Float rotation may be required to various hospital departments including OR and ED
Orientation
2-3 days based on the candidate's comfort level

Pay Package
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
