Travel X-ray Technologist - $2,230 per week
Job Summary
This facility is seeking an X-ray Technologist for a short-term assignment in Portland, Oregon. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and image quality. The technologist will float between units and support various clinical areas as needed.
Job Details
- Shift: Monday through Thursday, from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Schedule: Days shift with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- ARRT Registration in Radiologic Technology
- BLS Certification
- Oregon state license or pending licensure
- 1 year of experience in diagnostic imaging
- Community hospital experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic charting system and fluoroscopy studies
On-Call
Yes, three shifts per month
Holidays
Candidates must commit to working three of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day)
Additional Information
- Candidates should have proficiency in extremities, abdomen, spine, pelvis, chest, musculoskeletal, and surgery procedures using C-arm equipment
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment
- The position involves float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals
- Candidates may need to work some weekends and have flexibility for block scheduling and specific RTO requests up-front during submittal
