Travel X-Ray Technologist - $2,211 per week

Location: Ithaca, NY. 13-week travel contract. 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts (07:00–15:00). Employment type: Travel. Start date: ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine radiography imaging.
• Assist with fluoroscopy procedures, including barium exams, arthrograms, myelograms, hysterosalpingograms, and other fluoroscopic studies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of radiation safety protocols and sterile technique.
• Support interventional radiology cases such as nephrostomy tube placement and drainage catheter procedures.
• Facilitate procedures in a fast-paced environment, including emergency trauma cases and operating room procedures.
• Provide superior customer service to patients, visitors, and staff with a focus on quality service and safe care.

Requirements

• Experience in routine radiography and fluoroscopy procedures.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
• Proficiency in assisting with various interventional radiology procedures.
• Valid state license required.
• ARRT certification preferred.
