Travel Radiology Technologist position in Sacramento, California. This role involves performing diagnostic radiographic procedures across various departments and floors, utilizing advanced imaging equipment. The candidate will deliver high-quality imaging services in an acute care setting, following facility protocols and maintaining patient safety.

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts with varied start times at 0630, 0700, or 0730
• Minimum 36 hours per week
• Required call: 3 days per month (1800 to 0700 on weeknights, 24/7 on weekends)
• 30-minute response time for call shifts
• At least 30 days' notice of call schedule
• Facility may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment (or 3 shifts for shorter assignments)

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray procedures on all floors, departments, and in surgical settings
• Operate advanced imaging equipment including GE systems, Carestream portables, OEC C-Arms, and O Arm
• Use Cerner charting system
• Follow facility protocols and maintain patient safety

Requirements

• ARRT (Radiologic Technologist Registration) certification
• BLS Certification
• California Fluoro permit
• California radiologic license
• Minimum 2 years of experience performing X-ray procedures
• Valid license to submit
• No prior employment (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with any associated facility in the past year

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GE radiography equipment
• Experience with Radiology & Fluoroscopy (R&F)
• Experience with Carestream portables, OEC C-Arms, and O Arm equipment
