This role involves performing diagnostic radiographic procedures across various departments and floors, utilizing advanced imaging equipment. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services in an acute care setting, following facility protocols and maintaining patient safety. Job Details: Schedule: 12-hour shifts with varied start times at 0630, 0700, or 0730, totaling a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Certifications in ARRT (Radiologic Technologist Registration), BLS Certification, California Fluoro permit, and California radiologic license. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience performing X-ray procedures. Candidates must possess a valid license to submit and have no prior full-time, part-time, or PRN employment directly with any facility associated with the organization within the past year. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE, general radiography, R&F (Radiology & Fluoroscopy), Carestream portables, OEC C-Arms, and O Arm equipment is preferred. Shift Notes: The shift begins at either 0630, 0700, or 0730, with a required call of 3 days per month, from 1800 to 0700 on weeknights and 24/7 on weekends, with a 30-minute response time and at least 30 days' notice of call schedule. Additional Information: The position requires performing X-ray procedures on all floors, departments, and in surgical settings. Travelers must park off-site at the Scottish Rite Center (1.6 miles from the facility) with shuttle service, or arrange alternative transportation, such as LYFT. The hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments. The charting system used is Cerner.
