Travel X-Ray Technologist - $1,910 per week

Travel Radiology Technologist position in Cumming, Georgia for a 13-week assignment.

About the role

The Diagnostic Radiology professional specializing as an X-ray Technologist will perform inpatient and outpatient fluoroscopic and radiographic exams, including C-arm imaging, lumbar punctures, and routine X-rays. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient and outpatient fluoroscopic and radiographic exams
• Conduct C-arm imaging, lumbar punctures, and routine X-rays
• Work in a high-volume emergency department averaging 150 exams daily
• Operate fluoroscopy and perform operating room procedures
• Work two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day) and one minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve)

Requirements

• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-RT)
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in radiology
• Proficiency in Cerner electronic health record
• Experience with operating fluoroscopy and operating room procedures

• Experience with inpatient and outpatient fluoroscopy exams
• Proficiency in C-arm procedures and lumbar punctures

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
