About the role
The Florida-based X-ray Technologist position involves working on a 516-bed unit with a dedicated staff in a full-time, PRN environment. The role primarily involves performing fluoroscopy procedures using GE equipment, with responsibilities including both inpatient and outpatient imaging, ICU, ER, and operating room settings. The position offers a 12-hour day shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform fluoroscopy procedures using GE equipment
- Conduct imaging for inpatients, outpatients, ICU, ER, and OR
- Operate in Endo and other clinical settings
- Use GE room and portable machines, GE C-arms, and Meditech/Expanse documentation system
- Respond to 5-6 call requirements per month
Requirements
- ARRT certification
- Florida State licensure
- BLS certification
- No minimum experience requirement (0 years)
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluoroscopy C-arm experience
- Ability to adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts
- 36 hours per week
