Travel X-Ray Technician - $2,661 per week

About the role

MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Morristown, New Jersey. This position offers 39 hours per week with 13-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.
• Maintain all equipment for procedures, assess safety, procedure, physical, and physiological comfort of the patient.
• Monitor need for procedure revisions and coordinate daily imaging procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment, including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care.
• Current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice and healthcare informatics, as well as new developments in hardware and software technology.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School.
• NJ State RT License.
• ARRT Certification.
• BLS Certified.
