The ideal candidate will have experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures, adhering to safety protocols, and delivering high-quality patient care. This position requires working every third weekend. Responsibilities Perform X-ray examinations on patients following established procedures and protocols. Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures. Maintain and operate imaging equipment, including GE Siemens systems, and manage portable X-ray machines. Utilize PACS for image management and storage. Accurately document patient information and procedures in the EPIC system. Assist with maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-ray Technician. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. ARRT certification is required. EPIC charting experience is required. Ability to work on-call as needed. Skills Proficient in GE Siemens imaging equipment. Experience with PACS systems. Ability to manage portable imaging equipment effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff professionally. Work Schedule This position involves a day shift of 4 ten-hour days from 07:30 AM to 06:00 PM, with the requirement to work every third weekend. Parking Options Parking options include various permits with different access levels: WMC Agency Permit: 24/7 access to the Wexner Medical Center Garage with guaranteed availability. WB Permit: Weekend/holiday access to specified garages and surface lots with shuttle service provided. CXS Permit: Similar access to designated garages and surface lots.
