Travel X-Ray Tech - $2,300 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a position in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures under the supervision of a licensed radiologic technologist.
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
• Accurately document patient information and procedures in the electronic health record system (Epic).
• Adhere to radiation protection protocols.
• Comply with all regulatory standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT R).
• BLS certification.
• Fluoroscopy permit (if required).
• Experience with X-ray equipment.
• Knowledge of and ability to use Epic charting system.
• Ability to work weekends (Sat & Sun: 8:30a - 5p).
• Flexibility to work 3 on-call shifts per month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Current CPR certification.
