This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the practice. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate care plans. Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition. Educate patients and their families on health management, including medication adherence and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure patient well-being. Qualifications Must have a valid XMO TN license in hand. Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
