Travel X-Ray Tech - $1,915 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with at least 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty for a day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in the X‑Ray tech unit within a hospital radiology/cardiology department
• Day shift, 3×12‑hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• Every other weekend required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year combined permanent experience in the specialty (preferably within one location)
• Current BLS certification required
• Active AHA certifications required at time of consideration with no pending certifications
• Ohio state license required; compact licenses accepted for start dates of 1/1/23 and forward
• One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty
• COVID‑19 vaccine required (medical or religious exemptions only)
• Flu vaccine required (medical or religious exemptions only)
• Negative 10‑panel drug screen including nicotine required within 12 months of start and updated annually for non‑nurse, non‑CST candidates
• Every other holiday coverage expected
• Open background check cases will not be accepted
• Any hits on professional license will not be accepted
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
• Assignments may extend up to 18 consecutive months, after which a 6‑month break is required before returning
• RTO must be discussed during interview and finalized at time of consideration
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• Badging and onsite fingerprinting must be completed prior to start date

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
