Travel Vascular CT Technologist - $2,928 per week
About the role
The position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) technology. The primary responsibility is to ensure patient safety and quality of care while adhering to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans under the supervision of a Radiologist
- Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation
- Prepare and position patients for scanning
- Operate and maintain CT equipment
- Document all procedures and findings accurately
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff
Requirements
- 36 hours per week
- 12 hours shift
- 1 year of experience as a full-time Radiation Technologist
- Clinical experience within the last 2 years
- Current State Licensure
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a CT Technologist
- Knowledge of radiation protection principles
- Excellent communication skills
