Travel Ultrasound Technologist - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Ultrasound Technologist to operate imaging equipment, review images for quality, and communicate results to healthcare professionals. This role involves preparing patients, educating them during exams, reviewing medical histories, recording imaging data, and coordinating with hospital departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure diagnostic image quality and accuracy.
• Identify normal and abnormal results in ultrasound images.
• Prepare patients for procedures and educate them during exams.
• Review patient medical histories and record imaging data.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to support patient care.
• Assist in patient care as needed.

Requirements

• Active ARDMS certification.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in sciences or anatomy.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Strong technical proficiency with ultrasound equipment.
• Attention to detail in reviewing and interpreting images.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $1,880 to $2,073 weekly, with options for extension.

Schedule

Primarily day shifts in a hospital setting.
