About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 14-week assignment starting August 17, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Document findings accurately and prepare reports for referring physicians.
• Adhere to infection control and sterilization procedures.

Requirements

• Current state-issued certification as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited ultrasound technology program.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Skills

• Proficiency in using ultrasound equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.

Benefits

Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
