Travel Ultrasound Technologist - $2,973 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures including Pelvic, OB, Scrotal, Breast, Abdomen, Para/Thoracentesis, Biopsies, Arterial, Venous.
• Ensure all procedures are performed according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members.
• Adhere to infection control practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Hold an active ARDMS certification.
• Hold a current BLS certification.
• Experience in performing a range of ultrasound procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited sonography program.
• Current registration as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
