About the role

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a position in Boston, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
  • Document findings accurately and efficiently using appropriate medical terminology.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments.

Requirements

  • Current state-issued certification as an Ultrasound Technologist.
  • Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
  • Knowledge of relevant anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
  • Passing score on the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) registry exam.

Skills

  • Proficiency with ultrasound equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
