The Ultrasonographer General position in Anchorage, Alaska involves scanning a variety of general and vascular ultrasound exams across all age groups, including neonates, children, and adults. Job Details
- Location: Anchorage, Alaska
- Shift Schedule: 5x8 hours, 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours

- Experience Requirement: 0 years minimum, 1 year preferred
- Certifications Needed: BLS, ARDMS, RVT
- Special Procedures: Neonatal cranial exams, specialized vascular and general ultrasound exams
- Patient Population: All ages including neonates, children, and adults
- Patient Gender: All genders
- Additional Requirements: Willingness to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), with weekend call coverage as needed

- Candidate must be at least 50 miles from the facility's address at 3200 Providence Drive, Anchorage, Alaska.
- Flexibility for block scheduling and floating within hospital departments is available.
- Valid state license required; pending license submissions accepted.
- References: Two references covering 1 year within the last 3 years, including charge RNs or leads if applicable.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
