About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Reno, Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
- Accurately document patient information and procedure details.
- Adhere to infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Current state-issued certification as an Ultrasound Technologist.
- Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited ultrasound technology program.
- Passing score on the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) registry exam.
Skills
- Proficiency in using ultrasound equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
12 hours per day, 7 days a week.
