About the role

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Reno, Nevada.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
  • Accurately document patient information and procedure details.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols.

Requirements

  • Current state-issued certification as an Ultrasound Technologist.
  • Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
  • Knowledge of relevant medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited ultrasound technology program.
  • Passing score on the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) registry exam.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using ultrasound equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

12 hours per day, 7 days a week.
