Travel Ultrasound Technologist - $2,155 per week

Job Summary

The Ultrasonographer General position at Cross Country Allied is a travel opportunity located in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. This role provides diagnostic ultrasound services in various clinical settings, focusing on abdominal, pelvic, gynecological, obstetrical, and transvaginal sonograms, as well as small part scans and ultrasound-guided procedures.

Job Details

• Schedule: Weekends only, Days, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 36 hours per week minimum.

Required Qualifications

• Valid ultrasound technology certification
• Certified by ARRT for Ultrasound vascular registry
• BLS certification
• Vascular registry (RVT)
• General ultrasound studies experience
• Demonstrate competency in sonographic procedures including abdominal, pelvic, gynecological, obstetrical, transvaginal, and small parts scans, with echo experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited AMA school
• Maintain a State License as a general radiographer, or be a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)

Additional Information

• The position may require floating to outpatient imaging centers.
• Scrub color is not designated, and electronic medical records are managed using Cerner.
• 48-hour weekly guarantees are not approved, and blocked scheduling is not permitted.
• The role involves working across multiple ultrasound units and may include ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage procedures, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and aspirations.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
