Qualifications
- Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy
- American Heart Association BLS
- Two years of recent relevant experience
Contract Details
- $1,620 - $1,807 per week*
- 11-week contract with possibility to extend
- AM shifts available
General Diagnostic Sonographer Contract Details
Operate imaging equipment, review images, identify normal and abnormal imaging results, communicate summaries to physicians, and alert them to urgent problems.
Prepare patients for procedures, educate patients throughout the ultrasound exam, review patient medical history, record imaging results in patient records, and coordinate care with various departments within the facility.
