Travel Ultrasound Technologist - $1,699 per week

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a freestanding ER setting, requiring ARDMS certification and prior travel and pediatric experience.

Assignment: 13-week travel contract starting January 25, 2027, with 24 hours per week (three 8-hour day shifts). One opening available. Job ID: P-776136.

Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 24 hours per week; tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Three 8-hour day shifts, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every-other-weekend / every-other-holiday rotation required
• Float between Nashoba and Marlborough campuses (30–40 minutes apart) with advanced notice
• May work alone at Nashoba location, requiring a full 12-hour shift without a 30-minute break while remaining on-site

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound studies in a brand new, state-of-the-art freestanding Emergency Department
• Cover patient populations across Emergency Department, ICU, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, and Vascular units
• Perform portable ultrasound studies as needed
• Use Epic for charting and PACS with Philips equipment

Requirements

• ARDMS certification required (state license required if applicable)
• ARDMS AB certification required; ARDMS OB/GYN and ARDMS RVT preferred
• Current BLS certification
