Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound scans, including general and vascular studies, ensuring accurate imaging, patient preparation, and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, analyze sonograms, maintain equipment, and document patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Provide patient-centered care, demonstrating technical expertise, critical thinking, and professionalism in high-pressure environments.
Qualifications
- Completed accredited Ultrasound Technology program
- At least one year of recent experience
- Current BLS certification
- Valid state licensing
- PREFERRED: ARDMS and ARRT certifications
Skills
- Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Physical ability to handle equipment and move patients
- Able to work under pressure
- Visual acuity and attention to detail
