The role involves general ultrasound scanning, including pediatric stomach cases, in a fast-paced environment with evening shifts and float opportunities as needed.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 15:00–23:30 (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week
• No weekends; call and holiday shifts incorporated into schedule
• Flexibility to float to Inova Alexandria Hospital and offsite locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform general ultrasound scans, including pediatric stomach cases
• Operate in two-room, two-machine setups using Samsung equipment
• Support patient care and diagnostic imaging operations during evening shifts
• Participate in call and holiday coverage as scheduled

Requirements

• BLS certification (American Heart Association accredited)
• ARDMS certification
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience, including pediatric stomach scanning
• MSK (Musculoskeletal) knowledge preferred
• EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) access required
• Completion of 1-week floor orientation

Pay

Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
