Travel Ultrasonographer - $2,742 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Princeton, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Document findings accurately and prepare reports for physicians.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Current state-issued license to practice as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
• Knowledge of relevant medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited ultrasound technology program.
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams.

Skills

• Proficient in using ultrasound equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
