Travel Trauma ICU RN - $2,330 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Trauma ICU assignment in Omaha, Nebraska.

About the Role

This 13-week travel assignment starts on August 31, 2026, with a schedule of 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage care for trauma injuries, sepsis, stroke, ARDS, MODS, COPD, and cardiac arrest.
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment, including CVPs, IABP, Impella, arterial lines, Swan-Ganz catheters, EV-1000, ICP monitoring, Zoll-Thermoguard (hypothermia protocol), and Bell Mont rapid transfusers.
• Titrate drips (vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, antiarrhythmics).
• Read and interpret telemetry strips.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, a positive attitude, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Active ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Valid driver’s license (required at submission to determine travel eligibility).
• Must pass an open-book exam on Friday of orientation with a 90% score.
• Not eligible for first-time travelers.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual pay may vary and is subject to change during the assignment.
