Travel Trauma Clinical Program Coordinator RN - $3,273 per week

Requirements

• Certifications: Registered Nurse, PALS, ACLS, TNCC
• Licensure and Credentials: WV or Compact License required; pending license accepted for submission. BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if required by the unit) must be through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• References: Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required.
• Skills and Abilities: Competency through an initial orientation and ongoing competency validation. Demonstrated positive customer service and co-worker relations. Compliance with the company's attendance policy.
• Additional Requirements: Candidates must have a permanent address 100 miles from the facility. Candidates between 75 and 100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Previous probationary actions on a license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Former permanent employees must wait 2 years from the last permanent employment date before returning as a traveler. Current Vandalia Health System employees (perm, PRN, etc.) are not eligible for travel contracts within the health system.
• Charting System: Experience with CERNER Charting System.
• Leadership Experience: Experience with peer performance improvement amongst trauma surgeons is emphasized.
