Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services under the direction of a physician.
• Assist in the interpretation of telemetry data and report findings to the supervising physician.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during telemetry monitoring.
• Document all telemetry data accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in telemetry monitoring preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
