The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care facilities and possess essential certifications. This position requires availability for night shifts and a commitment to providing quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and support in a fast-paced environment. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to medical staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options. Participate in training and implementation of care protocols. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Experience in an acute care facility is preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification is required. Additional Information Please note that holiday requests for time off will not be approved. Candidates must have previous experience with EPIC electronic health records.
