Travel Telemetry RN - $2,673 per week

About the Role

This travel nursing position is for a Telemetry RN at a facility in Williamsburg, Virginia. The unit is a 3 North Medical Unit within a Certified Primary Stroke Center, offering advanced care and serving a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing care in a medical unit setting
• Perform patient assessment and monitoring
• Handle electronic medical record (EMR) charting
• Operate common equipment including bladder scanners, vitals machines, EKG machines, Alaris IV pumps, and telemetry boxes

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry RN experience
• At least 18 months of Telemetry RN experience within the last 3 years
• BLS-AHA certification
• CERT-NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Strong skills in patient assessment, monitoring, and EMR charting
• Experience with bladder scanners, vitals machines, EKG machines, Alaris IV pumps, and telemetry boxes (recommended)
• Availability for holidays, weekends, and floating
• Compliance with Artificial Nail Policy

Preferred Qualifications

• Compact RN License in-hand
• Previous travel experience
• EPIC EMR experience

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts
• Start date: October 5, 2026
