About the Role
AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, starting on 10/19/2026. The role is based at Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center, the flagship facility of the Avera Health System, serving residents across South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Iowa.
Responsibilities
As a Telemetry RN, you will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor patients' vital signs, and respond to changes in their condition. You must be prepared to float to other units as needed.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with 2 years of Telemetry experience
- Active RN license (Compact Accepted)
- Certifications: ACLS-AHA, BLS-AHA
- 1 professional reference from entire work history
- EPIC experience preferred
- Previous travel experience preferred
Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Willingness to float to other units as needed

Pay
Pay rate: $2252.00 - $2367.00 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, for a 13-week duration.
