Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Acute Care Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care in a collaborative hospital environment. You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care while promoting positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Administer treatments and monitor patient responses
• Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and discharge
• Supervise and delegate care to licensed and unlicensed personnel
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
• BLS Certification
• NIHSS Certification
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Nursing Diploma required
