About the role
Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 14-week assignment starting August 31, 2026, in New York City, New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services in a hospital setting.
- Assess patients’ vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure during stressful situations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Telemetry RN.
- Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
- Pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Telemetry RN is preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates with a strong passion.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.

Schedule
36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, starting at 07:00:00 and ending at 19:00:00.
Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
