About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting on August 30, 2026, in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient observations and treatments accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in telemetry monitoring preferred.
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel.
- Willingness to work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to relocate to Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in telemetry monitoring.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Computer literacy for electronic health records (EHR).
