• Patient Ratios : 1:5 days; 1:6 nights

• Type of equipment : Hoyer lift, Automated BP machines, bladder scanner, remote telemetry monitoring, vein finder

• Documentation system: Altera/Allscripts Sunrise

• Scheduling requirements: EOW, 12 hour shifts preferred

• Floating policy: Floats to like MST units (D1, F2). Float pool then Travelers generally float first
