Travel MS/Tele RN job at HCA - Highlands-Cashiers Hospital in Highlands, North Carolina, placing you in a 24-bed critical access hospital serving the local community with acute care and 24/7 emergency services. The facility offers cardiac rehabilitation, stroke care, and long-term care through its extended living center. Highlands is nestled in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains in eastern NC, close to where NC, TN, and SC meet; about 75 miles southwest of Asheville. The area is known for the Highlands Biological Station, a popular destination for nature lovers and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing care in a medical-surgical setting
• Monitor and assess patients with cardiac and telemetry needs
• Work 12-hour night shifts
• Deliver acute care and emergency services as part of the nursing team

Requirements

• Current nursing licensure (SSN and DOB required for submission)
• Recent medical-surgical and telemetry experience
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Work history should not have more than 90 days of gap in the last 1 year
• Registered Nurse, Telemetry

Preferred Qualifications

• Cerner experience
• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
