About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Prescott, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities and observations accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Arizona RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in telemetry preferred but not required.

Pay
