About the role
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Silverdale, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- At least two proven years experience as an RN.
- Current license to practice as an RN in the state of Washington.
- BLS certification required.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
