Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing care, including cardiac monitoring and assessment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient‑centered care.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems for accurate documentation.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license.
• Recent experience in telemetry or medical‑surgical nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (preferred).
• Strong cardiac monitoring, assessment, and teamwork skills.
