Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assess patient condition and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Document observations and interventions accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in telemetry preferred.
