Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 12-week assignment in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assess patient conditions and report changes in vital signs.
• Document observations and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in telemetry nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
