About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 8-week assignment starting October 5, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Document patient observations and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in telemetry nursing preferred.

Pay
