Responsibilities
- Deliver medical-surgical nursing care in a city known for its scenic riverfront, historic architecture, and welcoming neighborhoods.
- Work in high-pressure environments with strong clinical assessment skills.
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania or compact RN license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- At least two years of recent experience in a hospital or surgical setting is recommended.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification (CMSRN) is preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
