Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Lima, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services under the direction of a physician.
• Assess patient conditions and report changes in vital signs.
• Document observations and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in telemetry preferred but not required.
